This is one of Juicy's best!  Nice, big roomy denim blue bag of 100% cow hide leather.  Inside blue fabric of 80% polyester and 20% cotton.  The main compartment has a magnetic closure.  There is a zipper pocket with a tassle pull at the top of the bag just above the two outside pockets.  Both outside pockets have slit openings behind the zipper pockets.  The outside zipper pockets have tassles with a juicy medallion with the juicy creed on one side and "go couture yourself" on the other.  Bag was $400.68 with tax.
